These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Glowins Empire (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Glowins Empire Store app within the Pi Network ecosystem, as well as any related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the “App”).
You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental terms or documents posted on the App are incorporated herein. We may change these Terms at any time, with updates indicated by the “Last updated” date. You waive the right to specific notice of changes.
The App is intended for users 18 and older. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register.
Unless otherwise indicated, the App and its content (source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and logos) are our proprietary property or licensed to us.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You may need to register with Pi Network credentials. Keep your password confidential and be responsible for all account use.
We aim to display accurate product details (maternity, baby, kids, electronics, household items), but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or absence of errors.
We accept Pi cryptocurrency via Pi Network. Provide current, complete purchase and account information, and update it promptly. Sales tax may be added as required.
All payments are in Pi. Due to cryptocurrency’s nature, sales are final and non-refundable unless stated. You acknowledge Pi value volatility, and we are not liable for fluctuations.
Transactions are processed via Pi Network; comply with their Developer Terms (socialchain.app/developer_terms).
Review our Return Policy before purchasing. [Details: Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened items; no refunds on Pi transactions due to blockchain irreversibility.]
Use the App only for its intended purpose. It may not be used for unendorsed commercial endeavors.
The App may allow you to contribute to blogs, forums, or other functionalities, creating, submitting, or broadcasting content.
Questions, comments, suggestions, or feedback (“Submissions”) are non-confidential and become our sole property.
We may monitor the App, take legal action for violations, and refuse or restrict access at our discretion.
Review our Privacy Policy. Using the App binds you to it, incorporated into these Terms.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may deny access without notice or liability.
We may change or remove App content at our discretion without notice.
These Terms and App use are governed by Uganda’s laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Legal actions shall be commenced in Uganda courts, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in App information without prior notice.
The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Your use is at your sole risk.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any liability arising from your App use.
We maintain data you transmit for App performance and usage tracking.
Visiting the App, emailing us, or completing forms constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications.
These Terms and posted policies form the entire agreement between you and us.
